Ascend New Bedford will soon offer customers free delivery for your recreational cannabis needs. With just a few clicks, you can order premium cannabis products to be delivered to your door at an affordable price.

How Cannabis Delivery from Ascend Works

To get your delivery order started:

  • Visit the Boston Adult-Use menu.
  • Choose “delivery” as your option prior to shopping the online menu.
  • When your shopping is complete, select the “delivery” option at checkout.
  • Select your method of payment – which will be paid on delivery.
  • Once your delivery is on its way, we’ll keep you updated with an expected arrival time.
  • Please have your valid photo ID ready.
  • And please consider tipping your delivery person – our drivers work hard to ensure you get your order on time and discreetly!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We cannot deliver to any non-residential locations (businesses, hotels, restaurants, etc.) or to on-campus housing/class buildings. We can deliver to off-campus housing. In Massachusetts, we also must limit delivery to municipalities that have opted in to allow cannabis delivery. Currently, there is not a standard minimum order value.

Payment is made when the delivery arrives at the customer’s residence. This can be done with cash or debit. Some debit cards will not work with our mobile cashless ATMs such as Chime cards or CashApp. Drivers do carry a limited amount of change to make change for customers. If using debit, the transaction must be rounded to the next $5 increment and there is a $3 fee to the processor. There may be a fee the customer receives from their financial institution as well, but that varies.

We offer free delivery. No delivery fees.

There is a tracking link that is provided via text message from OnFleet that allows real time tracking. There are also text notifications that inform you of the status of your order.
